Consumer Law — Bloctel

The User is informed of their right to register on the Bloctel do-not-call list.

Bloctel is the do-not-call list that any consumer can join free of charge to stop receiving unsolicited sales calls from businesses with which they do not have an active contractual relationship, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The law stipulates that no professional may, either directly or through a third party acting on their behalf, make unsolicited telephone solicitations to a consumer listed on this list, except as provided by law.

Right of Withdrawal

Korner Hotels informs the Customer of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform, which the Customer may use to attempt to resolve a dispute regarding an online reservation.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations made with Korner hotels are subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions, which are available on the Website.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale specify, in particular, the terms and conditions regarding reservations, cancellations, changes, payment, no-shows, stays, liability, and mediation.
