● Right of withdrawal

In application of article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Services offered on the Site do not allow the exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L.121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code concerning distance selling contracts.

The conditions of sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking for the fare chosen.

Reservations with advance payment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Amounts paid in advance constitute a deposit, and cannot be reimbursed. This will be indicated in the conditions of sale of the tariff brought to the customer's attention and accepted by him/her at the time of booking.

If it is possible to cancel a reservation, the customer must contact Hôtel Korner Opéra customer service directly.
