Where to Eat Near Our Hotels: Our Teams' Recommendations

A Parisian restaurant terrace in a neighborhood near a Korner hotel

Our front desk staff have been recommending the same places for years. Here’s a list of them: two neighborhood restaurants near each of our 13 hotels in Paris.

That’s the question we’re asked most often at the front desk, right after the one about the Wi-Fi password: where can we eat well, not too far away, without falling into a tourist trap? Our teams have their answers, honed by sending guests there and listening to their feedback when they return. Here they are: two recommendations per hotel, almost always just a few minutes’ walk away.

Here's a tip that applies to everyone: In Paris, a small venue that's sold out on Tuesday nights can be reserved. Ask the front desk to make the call—we're happy to do it.

Korner Châtelet (Paris 1)

The neighborhood has no shortage of places to go, but many rely on foot traffic. From our hotel in the 1st arrondissement, near the Marais, here are two sure bets:

Yahmi, 25 Victoria Avenue—just a few doors down from the hotel, serving Moroccan cuisine in a quiet dining room, perfect when you don't feel like walking anymore. Closed on Sundays.

Le Royal, 246 Rue Saint-Honoré—a 15-minute walk along Rue de Rivoli; a brasserie open from breakfast until very late, which is convenient when you're coming home from a show.

Korner Louvre (Paris 2)

Around our hotel near the Louvre Museum, between the Palais-Royal and the Bourse, the streets empty out as evening falls, and it’s easy to spot the best restaurants.

Chimère, 22 rue du 4 Septembre — just two minutes away, offering creative cuisine served in small portions, a tasteful dining room, and service for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Le Comptoir des Petits Champs, 17 rue des Petits Champs — a classic bistro near the Palais-Royal, just five minutes away, perfect for a low-key dinner.

Korner Opéra (Paris 2)

Rue Montmartre, where our hotel on the Grands Boulevards is located, offers enough variety on its own to enjoy a different dinner every night for a whole week.

Circonstances, 174 Montmartre Street—twenty meters above the hotel, a refined restaurant offering exceptional value for the neighborhood. Closed on weekends.

La Petite Bourse, 127 Montmartre Street — a neighborhood bistro with a daily specials board and a good glass of wine; the perfect spot for a quick lunch or an aperitif.

Korner Sorbonne (Paris 5)

The Latin Quarter has its classic spots, and from our 3-star hotel in the Latin Quarter, it’s better to walk up Rue Saint-Jacques than to stay on the boulevard.

Perraudin, 157 Rue Saint-Jacques — an authentic Parisian bistro with soft-boiled eggs, beef bourguignon, and checkered tablecloths, a seven-minute walk away.

Coup de Torchon, 187 rue Saint-Jacques — a tiny, family-friendly restaurant with a short, seasonal menu. Reservations are required.

Hôtel Léman Opéra (Paris 9)

Rue de Trévise, wherethe Hôtel Léman Opéra is located, is one of the best places in Paris for dining: it all happens right outside your window.

RAMDAM Le Comptoir, 15 rue de Trévise — hearty dishes to share, a neighborhood vibe, open late on weekdays.

Willette Café Troquet, 21 rue de Trévise — right across the street, offering more refined bistro cuisine and a few tables on the patio.

Korner République (Paris 10)

From our hotel near the Canal Saint-Martin, between République and the riverbanks, everything is within walking distance.

Les Rupins, 35 Boulevard de Magenta — a contemporary brasserie with a pleasant outdoor seating area; the place to go for dinner on your first night when you arrive late.

Primavera, 16 Place Jacques Bonsergent — a family-friendly pizzeria just five minutes away, open every day, with fast service.

Korner Saint-Marcel (Paris 13)

Boulevard Saint-Marcel, where our hotel is located near the Austerlitz Train Station and the Jardin des Plantes, has more to offer than it first appears.

Mortensen, 11 Boulevard Saint-Marcel — small dining room, concise menu, and precise cuisine; reservations required. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tesoro d'Italia, 65 Boulevard Saint-Marcel — the neighborhood Italian restaurant, serving pizza and pasta, just three minutes from the hotel.

Korner Eiffel (Paris 15)

Beaugrenelle and Avenue Émile Zola—where our hotel near the Eiffel Tower is located—form a truly lively neighborhood, far from the crowds of the Champ-de-Mars.

Le Germinal, 95 Avenue Émile Zola—right across from the hotel, featuring homemade bistro cuisine and a sunny terrace.

Le Relais du 15ème, 78 Avenue Émile Zola — a generous Italian restaurant open seven days a week, perfect for families.

Korner Montparnasse (Paris 15)

Around Pasteur and Rue Falguière, where our hotel is located near the Montparnasse train station, you can eat just like the locals.

Aux Artistes, 63 Rue Falguière—right across the street, a historic bistro with a daily special and a dining room that’s always full. Closed on Sundays.

46, 46 Rue Falguière—a tiny spot run by the chef, with a menu that changes depending on what’s available at the market. Seating for just a few guests.

Carladez Cambronne Hotel (Paris 15)

Place du Général Beuret, wherethe Hôtel Carladez Cambronne has opened, is a true village square, with its terraces and market.

Le Général Beuret, 9 Place du Général Beuret—on the square, a café-restaurant open from morning until very late, serving simple food in a cheerful atmosphere.

Le Borromée, 224 Rue de Vaugirard—just five minutes away, offering market-fresh dishes written on a chalkboard, much loved by regulars. Closed on weekends.

Korner Étoile (Paris 17)

On the Porte de Champerret side, Avenue de Villiers offers more than enough to make your stay at our hotel—located near Porte Maillot and the Palais des Congrès—a memorable one.

La Chope Champerret, 143 Avenue de Villiers—right next to the hotel, a neighborhood brasserie open early and late, perfect for a drink before a trade show at the Palais des Congrès.

La Terrasse 108, 108 Avenue de Villiers — Place Pereire, featuring refined brasserie cuisine and a large terrace.

Duette Hotel (Paris 17)

Rue de Lévis, a pedestrian-friendly shopping street, is a culinary playground in its own right—and our hotel, located near Batignolles and Parc Monceau, is right in the middle of it all.

Les Résidents, 78 rue de Lévis—just a stone's throw away, with a short à la carte tasting menu; the place to go for a home-cooked dinner. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tigermilk Batignolles, 30 rue de Lévis — Latin American cuisine, lively atmosphere, perfect for groups.

Korner Montmartre (Paris 18)

Just two blocks from Abbesses, without the long lines: our hotel near Sacré-Cœur overlooks a street with great dining options.

Tentazioni, 10 Aristide Bruant Street—right below the hotel, a cozy trattoria serving fresh pasta with a small terrace. Closed on Mondays.

Labess, 8 Aristide Bruant Street — dinner service with live piano music, fusion cuisine, and a carefully curated wine list. Small dining room; reservations recommended.

And for special occasions

Our guests also enjoy special perks at the five hotels operated by our partner, the FITZ GROUP: Fitzgerald and Vesper in the 7th arrondissement, Abstinence in the 15th arrondissement, and Hollywood Savoy and La Fontaine Gaillon in the 2nd arrondissement. Simply mention when you make your reservation that you’re staying at a Korner hotel—we’ll tell you more in our article about the partnership.
