I stayed for a few days in July. The staff was very welcoming; there was a minor issue with the room, but they immediately offered me another one. I’d especially like to thank the young woman at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful—even though she was about to leave for vacation. The staff was very kind and helpful, every single one of them. The young people on the night shift were especially friendly.
Excellent value for the money. Very friendly staff. Very close to the Eiffel Tower. Parking nearby is quite expensive (about €30 per day). The hotel itself is great, with everything nearby: a pharmacy, a bakery, and even a McDonald's.
We'd stayed at the Carladez before and have always loved it. Great rooms, a beautiful location, and a staff that goes out of its way to make your stay enjoyable. You get to experience a real Parisian neighborhood, with great restaurants, families, and a true Parisian way of life.
