Booking Multiple Rooms in Paris: How It Works

Exhibitors, wedding parties, school groups: Booking multiple rooms in Paris isn't like a typical reservation. Here's how it works at Korner.
Booking a room in Paris is easy. Booking eight rooms for a team, an extended family, or a delegation of exhibitors is much less so: availability varies widely, rates differ from room to room, and no one wants to deal with eight separate confirmations. Here’s how we handle it at Korner, and what you need to do on your end.
At what point do we start calling it a group?
With us, the cutoff is clear: as soon as your request includes more than three rooms for the same dates, it bypasses the standard booking process and is handled by our dedicated team. For requests with fewer than three rooms, online booking remains the fastest option.
In practical terms, you submit a single request and receive a single offer, with a per-night rate that applies to your entire stay. It’s simpler for you, and it’s also what allows us to guarantee that everyone stays in the same place—something that individual bookings can never ensure.
The cases we handle most often
Teams and exhibitors. Trade shows at Porte de Versailles, conferences at the Palais des Congrès, and seminars: these are the most common requests. The key factors are the venue’s proximity to the event and the ability to arrive the night before. Our article on hotels near Porte de Versailles lists the relevant options.
Families and private events. Weddings, birthdays, family gatherings: what matters here is that guests are grouped together and that staggered arrivals are possible. Our reception areas are open 24 hours a day, which makes late arrivals easier.
School and community groups. The key factors are the budget per person and the proximity of a direct subway line to the sites being visited.
What We'll Ask You
To put together a detailed quote, we just need four pieces of information: the exact dates of the stay, the number of rooms and their types (single, double, twin), the total number of guests, and the desired neighborhood if there are any location-related requirements—such as an event venue, a train station, or a specific address to reach.
The sooner we receive this information, the more flexibility we have regarding both the rate and the choice of hotel.
One group, sometimes several hotels
Our thirteen properties are spread across eight arrondissements, often just a few stops apart. When a hotel cannot accommodate an entire group, we split the group between two nearby locations rather than turning down the request—in the 15th arrondissement, for example, between our hotel near Montparnasse Station and our hotel near the Eiffel Tower, or in the 17th arrondissement between our two locations in Batignolles and Porte de Champerret.
This is a level of flexibility that few Parisian hotel groups of our size can offer.
When to Start
For a stay outside of trade show periods, booking three to four weeks in advance gives you plenty of flexibility. For peak periods—major trade shows at the Porte de Versailles, Fashion Week, and the holiday season—serious inquiries begin three to six months in advance, and block bookings fill up quickly.
A word of advice: even at an early stage, submit your request. We'd rather consider a tentative proposal than find out about a firm request just three days before arrival.
Submit your application
It all starts on our group booking page: describe your stay in a few lines, and we’ll get back to you with a detailed quote. If you’re still unsure about the area, our guide to where to stay in Paris will help you narrow down your options, and our 3-star hotels in Paris are featured one by one.
