RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation or modification by the customer
1. Please be advised that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code does not apply.
2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or canceled. Deposits paid in advance are nonrefundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's terms and conditions.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate permit it:
- You can cancel your reservation directly on the Site or through Mobile Services using the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
- You can make changes to your reservation directly with the hotel; the phone number is listed in the booking confirmation email.
5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be issued as a result.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must check out of the room by 12:00 PM on the day the stay ends
the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
