Cancellation or Change by the Customer
1. The customer is reminded that, pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the same Code does not apply.
2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Reservations made with advance payment cannot be modified or canceled. Any amounts paid in advance as a deposit will not be refunded. In such cases, this is noted in the terms and conditions for that rate.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked fare allow it:
- You can cancel your reservation directly on the Website or through the mobile apps in the “View or Cancel Your Reservation” section;
- You can change your reservation by contacting the hotel directly; the phone numbers are listed in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the guest cuts short their stay, the full agreed-upon amount will be charged. For reservations requiring advance payment, no refund will be issued.
6. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the guest must check out of the room by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
