The customer must review the booking summary before confirming the reservation.
To confirm the reservation, the Customer must provide the requested information, specifically their personal information, as well as—depending on the rate selected—their bank account information as a guarantee or for payment.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking. The Customer is responsible for any errors in the dates, name, number of guests, email address, phone number, or bank account information.
The reservation becomes final after the hotel accepts it and sends a reservation confirmation to the guest.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in the event of prior disputes with the guest, nonpayment, invalid bank account information, suspected fraud, or conduct contrary to the hotel’s interests.
Each reservation is made in a specific guest's name and may not be transferred to a third party without the Hotel's prior consent.
Article 4 — Conditions for Cancellation, Modification, and Failure to File
The cancellation, change, and refund policies depend on the rate you booked.
These terms and conditions are provided to the Customer prior to booking confirmation and are included in the booking confirmation.

Unless more favorable terms are specified at the time of booking, a flexible-rate reservation may be canceled or modified at no charge until 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation after this deadline, the total amount of the reservation will be due from the Guest and may be charged by the Hotel.
If the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth above, the total amount of the reservation will still be due from the Guest and may be charged by the Hotel.
A guest will be considered a no-show if they do not arrive at the hotel by 5:45 a.m. on the morning following the scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel.
In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be considered canceled for the entire stay. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of the room for subsequent nights, which may be made available for sale again, subject to a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.
4.2 Non-cancelable, non-changeable, non-refundable fare
For each reservation made with a non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable rate, the total amount of the reservation is due at the time of confirmation.
