If a reservation is made through a third-party platform or a distribution partner, that partner’s specific terms and conditions may also apply. To confirm their reservation, the Customer must provide the requested information, including their personal information and, depending on the rate selected, their bank account information as a guarantee or for payment.

The reservation becomes final once the hotel accepts it and sends a reservation confirmation to the customer.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in the event of a prior dispute with the guest, nonpayment, invalid bank information, suspected fraud, or behavior contrary to the hotel’s interests.
Each reservation is personal and non-transferable without the Hotel's prior consent.
Article 4 — Cancellation, Modification, and No-Show Policies
Cancellation, change, and refund policies depend on the rate booked.
These are provided to the Customer before the reservation is confirmed and are reiterated in the confirmation email.

In the event of cancellation after this deadline, the Customer will be liable for the full amount of the reservation, which may be billed by the Hotel.
If the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation in accordance with the terms set forth above, the total amount of the reservation will also be due from the Guest and may be billed by the Hotel.
Failure to arrive at the Hotel by 5:45 a.m. on the morning following the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Hotel.
If you do not check in, the reservation will be considered canceled for the entire stay. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of the room for subsequent nights, which may be made available for sale again, without prejudice to the billing of 100% of the reservation amount.

For all reservations made with a non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable rate, the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of confirmation.
