Cancellation or Change by the Customer
1. The customer is hereby reminded that, pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, he or she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the same Code.
2. The terms and conditions of sale for the reserved rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Prepaid reservations may not be modified or canceled. Any amounts paid in advance as a deposit will not be refunded. In such cases, this will be noted in the terms and conditions for that rate.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked fare allow it:
- You can cancel your reservation directly on the Website or through the mobile apps by going to the “View or Cancel Your Reservation” section;
- You can make changes to your reservation directly through the hotel; its phone number is listed in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the guest cuts short their stay, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be issued for this reason.
6. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the guest must check out of the room by 12:00 p.m. on the day the stay ends.
