FITZ GROUP brings together five venues, each with its own identity but all guided by the same standards: restaurants on a human scale, generous and responsible cuisine, and a chic atmosphere designed for truly convivial moments.
Fitzgerald (7th arrondissement) combines a bistronomic restaurant with a speakeasy tucked away in the back—a dual experience that has won over Brad Pitt, among others, who is a regular there. Vesper (7th), designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, serves contemporary Japanese cuisine in a sophisticated setting, complete with a cocktail bar and terrace. Abstinence(15th), near the Champ de Mars, is a bistronomic wine bar built around a carefully curated selection of organic and natural wines. Hollywood Savoy (2nd) embodies the Art Deco elegance of the Bourse district, blending refined brasserie cuisine with a festive club atmosphere. Finally, La Fontaine Gaillon (2nd), a Parisian institution since 1841 and once owned by Gérard Depardieu, offers a restaurant, a bar, and private dining rooms for up to 35 guests.
These restaurants are rapidly gaining popularity among diners, with Google and OpenTable reviews regularly praising the hospitality, the quality of the food, and the atmosphere.
