A selection of five exceptional addresses
FITZ GROUP comprises five restaurants, each with its own identity, but all driven by the same commitment: restaurants on a human scale, flavorful and responsible cuisine, and a chic atmosphere designed to foster authentic moments of togetherness.
Fitzgerald (District 7) combines a bistronomic restaurant with a speakeasy hidden in the back—a dual experience that has won over Brad Pitt, among others, who is a regular there. Vesper (District 7), designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, offers contemporary Japanese cuisine in a sophisticated setting, complete with a cocktail bar and terrace. Abstinence(District 15), next to the Champ de Mars, is a bistronomic wine bar with a carefully curated selection of organic and natural wines. Hollywood Savoy (2nd arrondissement) embodies the Art Deco elegance of the La Bourse neighborhood, combining refined brasserie cuisine with a festive club atmosphere. Finally, La Fontaine Gaillon (2nd arrondissement), a Parisian institution since 1841 and formerly owned by Gérard Depardieu, features a restaurant, bar, and private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 35 guests.
