Booking Multiple Rooms in Paris: How It Works

Exhibitor teams, weddings, school groups: booking multiple rooms in Paris is different from a standard booking. Here's how it works at Korner.
Booking one room in Paris is simple. Booking eight rooms for a team, an extended family, or a delegation of exhibitors is much more complicated: availability is scattered, rates vary from room to room, and no one wants to deal with eight separate confirmations. Here’s how we handle it at Korner, and what you need to plan on your end.
When does it count as a group?
For us, the threshold is clear: as soon as your request includes more than three rooms on the same dates, it falls outside the standard booking process and is handled by our dedicated service. For requests with fewer than three rooms, booking online remains the quickest option.
In practice, you send a single request and receive a single proposal, with a nightly rate that applies to the entire stay. It’s simpler for you, and it’s also what allows us to guarantee that everyone stays in the same place—something individual bookings can never do.
The requests we handle most often
Teams and exhibitors. Trade shows at Porte de Versailles, conferences at the Palais des Congrès, seminars: these are the most common requests. What matters is being close to the event venue and being able to arrive the night before. Our article on hotels near Porte de Versailles lists the relevant hotels.
Family gatherings and private events. Weddings, birthdays, family reunions: what matters here is bringing guests together and allowing them to arrive at different times. Our reception areas are open 24/7, which makes it easier for guests to arrive late.
School and club groups. The deciding factors are the per-person budget and proximity to a subway line that runs directly to the sites being visited.
What we will ask you
To put together an accurate proposal, four pieces of information are sufficient: the exact dates of the stay, the number of rooms and their breakdown (single, double, twin), the total number of people, and the preferred neighborhood if there is a location constraint—such as an event venue, a train station, or a specific address.
The sooner we receive this information, the more flexibility we'll have regarding both the rate and the choice of hotel.
One group, sometimes several hotels
Our thirteen hotels are located across eight arrondissements, often just a few stops apart. When one hotel cannot accommodate an entire group, we split the group between two nearby hotels rather than turn down the request—for example, in the 15th arrondissement between our hotel near Gare Montparnasse and our hotel near the Eiffel Tower, or in the 17th arrondissement between our two hotels in Batignolles and Porte de Champerret.
It is a level of flexibility that few Parisian hotel groups of our size can offer.
When to Contact Us
For stays outside of trade show periods, booking three to four weeks in advance provides plenty of flexibility. During peak periods—major trade shows at Porte de Versailles, Fashion Week, and the end-of-year holidays—serious inquiries begin three to six months in advance, and rooms fill up quickly.
Here's a tip: Send us your request even at an early stage. We'd rather look into a tentative lead than find out about a firm request three days before arrival.
Submitting Your Request
It all starts on our group booking page: describe your stay in a few lines, and we’ll get back to you with a detailed quote. If you’re still unsure about the area, our guide to which neighborhoods to stay in Paris will help you narrow down your options, and our 3-star hotels in Paris are listed one by one.
