Booking Multiple Rooms in Paris: How It Works

A group of travelers at the front desk of a Korner hotel in Paris

Exhibitors, weddings, school groups: booking multiple rooms in Paris isn't like a typical reservation. Here's how it works at Korner.

Booking a room in Paris is easy. Booking eight rooms for a team, a large family, or a group of exhibitors is much more complicated: availability is scattered, rates vary from room to room, and no one wants to deal with eight separate confirmations. This is how we work at Korner, and here’s what you need to keep in mind.

At what point do we start referring to a group?

For us, the threshold is clear: as soon as your request exceeds three rooms for the same dates, it moves out of the standard booking process and into our dedicated service. For requests below that threshold, online booking remains the fastest option.

In practice, you submit a single request and receive a single offer, with a per-night rate that applies to your entire stay. It’s easier for you, and it’s also what allows us to ensure that everyone stays in the same place—something that individual bookings never allow.

The cases we handle most frequently

Equipment and exhibitors. Trade shows at the Porte de Versailles, conferences at the Palais des Congrès, seminars: these are the most common requests. What matters most is proximity to the event venue and the ability to arrive the night before. Our article on hotels near the Porte de Versailles lists the recommended accommodations.

Families and private events. Weddings, birthdays, family gatherings: what matters most here is that guests are together and that arrivals can be staggered. Our reception areas are open 24 hours a day, which makes late arrivals easier.

School groups and organizations. The key factors are the budget per person and proximity to a subway line with direct service to the places to be visited.

What we'll ask of you

To prepare an accurate quote, we just need four pieces of information: the exact dates of your stay, the number of rooms and their type (single, double, twin), the total number of guests, and your preferred neighborhood if there are any geographic restrictions—such as an event venue, a train station, or a specific address.

The sooner we receive this information, the more flexibility we'll have in terms of both the rate and the choice of hotel.

One group, sometimes several hotels

Our thirteen properties are spread across eight districts, often just a few stops apart. When a hotel cannot accommodate an entire group, we split the group between two nearby locations rather than turning down the request: in the 15th arrondissement, for example, between our hotel near Montparnasse Station and our hotel near the Eiffel Tower, or in the 17th arrondissement, between our two locations in Batignolles and Porte de Champerret.

It's a level of flexibility that few Parisian hotel groups of our size can offer.

When to Apply

For a stay outside of trade show periods, booking three or four weeks in advance gives you plenty of leeway. For peak seasons—major trade shows at the Porte de Versailles, Fashion Week, and end-of-year celebrations—serious inquiries begin three to six months in advance, and block bookings fill up quickly.

A word of advice: even at this early stage, please send us your request. We'd rather consider a tentative option than find out about a firm request just three days before arrival.

Submit Your Application

It all starts on our group reservations page: describe your stay in a few lines, and we’ll send you a quote. If you’re still unsure about the area, our guide to which Paris neighborhood to stay in will help you narrow down your request, and our 3-star hotels in Paris are listed one by one.
