Booking Multiple Rooms in Paris: How It Works

A group of travelers at the front desk of a Korner hotel in Paris

Exhibitors, wedding parties, and school groups: booking multiple rooms in Paris doesn't work like a typical reservation. Here's how it works with Korner.

Booking a room in Paris is easy. Booking eight rooms for a team, an extended family, or a delegation of exhibitors is much harder: availability varies, rates differ from room to room, and no one wants to deal with eight separate confirmations. Here’s how we handle it at Korner—and what you can expect from us.

Since when have we been talking about a group?

For us, the threshold is clear: as soon as your request exceeds three rooms for the same dates, it moves out of the standard booking process and into our dedicated service. For requests below that, online booking remains the fastest option.

Specifically, you submit a single request and receive a single quote, with a per-night rate that applies to your entire stay. It’s easier for you, and it’s also what allows us to ensure that everyone stays in the same place—something that individual bookings never allow.

The cases we handle most often

Teams and exhibitors. Trade shows at the Porte de Versailles, conferences at the Palais des Congrès, seminars: these are the most common requests. What matters most is proximity to the event venue and the ability to arrive the night before. Our article on hotels near the Porte de Versailles lists the relevant options.

Families and private events. Weddings, birthdays, family gatherings: what matters most here is that guests are together and that staggered arrivals are possible. Our reception desks are open 24 hours a day, which makes late arrivals easier.

School groups and organizations. The key factors are the budget per person and proximity to a subway line that goes directly to the places to be visited.

What We'll Ask You

To prepare a detailed quote, we just need four pieces of information: the exact dates of your stay, the number of rooms and their types (single, double, twin), the total number of guests, and your preferred neighborhood if there are any location requirements—such as an event venue, a train station, or a specific address.

The sooner these details are available, the more flexibility you'll have regarding both the rate and the choice of hotel.

A group, sometimes consisting of more than one hotel

Our thirteen properties are located across eight arrondissements, often just a few stops apart. When a hotel cannot accommodate an entire group, we split the group between two nearby locations rather than turning down the request—in the 15th arrondissement, for example, between our hotel near Montparnasse Station and our hotel near the Eiffel Tower, or in the 17th arrondissement between our two locations in Batignolles and Porte de Champerret.

This is a level of flexibility that few Parisian hotel groups of our size can offer.

When to Move

For a stay outside of trade show periods, booking three or four weeks in advance gives you plenty of leeway. During peak periods—major trade shows at the Porte de Versailles, Fashion Week, and the end-of-year holidays—serious inquiries begin three to six months in advance, and block bookings sell out quickly.

A word of advice: even at this early stage, please send us your request. We'd rather evaluate a tentative proposal than find out about a final request just three days before arrival.

Submit your request

It all starts with our group booking page: describe your stay in a few lines, and we’ll get back to you with a detailed proposal. If you’re still undecided about the area, our guide to which Paris neighborhood to stay in will help you narrow down your request, and our 3-star hotels in Paris are featured one by one.
